Sodium Hypochlorite is the only chemical to effectively remove black algae.
Properly mixed with a surfactant, also called a surface-active agent, this substance (a detergent) when added to a chemical, reduces its surface tension and penetrates to kill organic matter.
There are other chemicals that can be used depending on surface materials. A site survey is carried out to determine which cleaning method is most suitable.
The results are stunning! And in most cases reduce the costly need to paint exterior walls.
